I planned to cook spaghetti since long time ago, and now, it's time to go for it! I asked my bf to cook with me, as he is expert in cooking, hehe. So, let's start my sharing on the "spaghetti lesson".
First of all, get ready your ingredients. We had prepared the ingredients such as parmesan cheese (cheese powder), button mushroom, pasta sauce, chopped garlic, minced meat, butter, spaghetti, chopped small onion, dried mushroom and diced tomoto.
To cook the spaghetti, bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add a little salt. Dip the spaghetti into the water, cook until the texture’s to your liking. Drain and set aside.
Next, heat olive oil (we added some butter as well) in a wok and saute garlic, onion and minced meat until well cooked and fragrant.Add in button mushroom and dried mushroom.Add in some water.Stir in pasta paste. Cover and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Add seasoning to taste.Lastly, add in tomato.Pour the cooked meat sauce over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. It was very very tasty. For those who like to eat spaghetti, you can cook it at home. I think it is cheaper compare to outside. Some more, you can add whatever ingredients that you preferred, such as prawn, ham or squid to make seafood spaghetti. Yummy!!!

Cool way of cooking. My style of cooking the sauce differs quite a lot but yours the fastest way to get it served on plate. :P
I used mostly all the fresh ingredients and my onions are diced finely. I realized that in most of your western recipes, you left out one main ingredient... mixed herbs. Is that done on purpose since some kids hated the taste?

Criz, the more i read ur comments, the more i feel "huah hi"...funny leh...yes, i did think of adding some herbs in the spaghetti, but i saw there are herbs inside the prego sauce d, so i didn't add anymore...erm, anyhow the taste was not bad...
how do u cook ur spaghetti? u cook ur own sauce? must be very ho ciak lo! woooo...
Hi ah shui, small onions are call shallots. Your spaghetti is typical Asian style. Next time try add fresh basil for more original taste and try real Parmigiano-Reggiano, it taste better then the powdered form.
